Our hair extensions are designed to be reusable for multiple refits. Instead of purchasing new hair each time they grow out, you can have the same set of extensions reinstalled! This means you can get more wear out of your extensions.
Regular maintenance appointments are essential for keeping your hair and extensions in their best shape. As your natural hair grows, the extensions will move further away from your roots. To prevent matting and difficult detangling, we recommend having your extensions refitted every 2-3 months, depending on the rate of your hair growth.
It is recommended to re-adjust the extensions more frequently to minimize stress on your natural hair and reduce the visibility of the extensions. Leaving the adjustment cycles too far apart may result in more matting or visibility.

ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH FRESHLY WASHED HAIR. DO NOT USE ANY STYLING OR CONDITIONING PRODUCTS (SUCH AS CONDITIONER, CONDITIONER, POLISH, FOAM, OR OIL) ON YOUR HAIR OTHER THAN SHAMPOO. OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR WASHING & DRYING.

During the refit appointment, the extensions are removed, and your hair is detangled. The same extension pieces are then refitted near the roots using new beads or fresh keratin bonds. Over time, the keratin bonds can break down and become softer. The removal process, as well as washing and styling, can weaken the bonds. That's why it's necessary to re-tip the hair extension strands, especially in the case of keratin fusion application. However, nano- and micro rings can be reapplied multiple times without re-tipping, making the re-application process slightly faster.
The duration of the refit appointment can range from 3-7 hours, depending on the application technique and the number of strands. If you choose to add a colour service to your appointment, this will take longer.
